Though I can be considered bias, I find this to be one of the strongest portrait shots I have seen in a long time.
It has a softness which balances the strength of the gaze rather nicely, also I quite like how the gaze is not directly to the camera.
In the end, one of your strongest pieces and a shot to certainly be proud of.
